The VA88M Charcoal is a high quality, tenkeyless, mechanical, PC keyboard by Varmilo it has a charcoal case, black base plate, charcoal keys and white backlighting. The legends are black and dye-sublimated onto the PBT keycaps in a UK ISO layout, and it connects via a black detachable USB cable.

The keyboard has Cherry MX Speed (Silver) switches.

Superb, I should have reviewed this already but having lived with it for a while now I can only say what a joy it is to use a proper keyboard!
Solidly built, my fingers just fly over the keys.
Having a detachable cable that can be arranged to be on the left, middle or right is great.
Only down side is that this is a backlit keyboard, but the key legends are not transparent, so the legends do not light up.

Combination of silver switches and Varmilo low profileshort travel is the perfect blend for effortless typing. Superb build quality. Brilliant.
